It doesn’t matter whether it’s summer or winter, add moisture to your daily routine for a supple, dewy glow.
Wear your SPF
Sun damage is the most important factor contributing to wrinkle skin. Exposure to UV rays can damage the elastic fibers that are vital in maintaining skin firmness. So whether it rains or shine, winter or summer, always wear your sunblock that too with a good SPF before stepping out.
The one I use for my skin protection is Elta MD SPF 46. I have been using this for years and noticed great changes in my skin health.
Go For Regular Facials And Use Face Masks
If you really want to glow in a week or two, get a facial done once or twice a week. After that treat yourself with any hydrating face masks to calm down and soothe your skin.
